  9. Anyone here do one? I will do the seashell 's triathlon in next April. It's Olympic Distance, a 1500m swim, 40k bike, 10k run. Seems do-able with the proper training. I plan on joining a gym soon because I'm definitely going to have to work on the swimming. If you've done one what was your experience?

  14. it is better to shed off your body fat till 15% then start on lifting weights for body building, it is different story in term of eating, drinking and sleeping habits than losing weight
  15. healthy food include 60% carb, 30% protein,10% fat 25 grams of fiber 6 grams of salt 25 grams of sugar minerals and vitamins 1000 mg of calcium vitamin b complex 3 liters of water green tea and oolong tea espresso shot fruits and vegetables 3 meals and 3 snacks a day 7 hours of good sleeping intensive workout included jogging, swimming and biking for 2 to 3 hours daily with one day off changing life style rather than a diet you can consume alcohol, sushi, Lebanese food,Chinese food once in a week but avoid fast food like McDonald and KFC entirely and you will be fine tell me if you have any questions
