  1. Yea I know what you mean, I share the same personal issues with you Nice deal on the TV, it'll deliver an epic experience. (Check this out: http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/stores ... 70-871-270) Yeah man, tons of games support 3D, here's the full list: http://us.playstation.com/games-and-media/3d-games/ Setup guide from IGN: I don't know about the headset thing, but xcite has a large collection you should give them a visit and try out some to see what fits you, they have a nice Turtle Beach collection too. Also try asking friends or members around here and they might help, good luck. that TV is too much thanks.. i'll check out xcite.. sadly my brother told me to go to Bn Khaldoon st. for the best choice in a headset
  2. Oh man, I never went to re7ab by myself, neither have i ever been to Hawally by myself, so going there would've been a really heavy and hard time for me, so i just settled for the one from X-cite (500GB superslim white with 2 extra controllers (white) for 105 KD) Thanks for informing me that there are much better deals in Re7ab that are worth going there.. Dude, you make me feel like it's a war-zone of some kind, It's crowded and I hate it and everything, but not to the extent Anyway, congrats on your new PS3. lol, I was just going with the vibe I never went there alone cuz I'm a lazy procrastinator who is really uncomfortable when doing anything new for the first time (personal issues unfortunately..) thanks! I bought a KILLER 40" full HD LED Smart TV (Philips) from X-cite on Friday, should arrive home tomorrow. great thing about this TV is the refresh rate (400Hz) and it's only 210KD All i need now is an epic headset, any help with that? EDIT: TV is also 3D and comes with 2 glasses. does any game work on 3D? or how does that work?
  3. For future reference, if you never went to Hawally before be sure to get your malaria, yellow fever, lass fever and hepatitis shots first. Take you anti Malaria pills daily while there. Don't forget your passport and Visa to the area LOL, I'll be sure to grab those before I leave
  4. where can i get this capture card? already bought a superslim PS3

  6. No problem...continue dreaming! LOL Sounds like a plan
  7. lol, I don't mean to be that guy that always always wants more than what he has.. but If my uses are still too difficult and too slow to do, then obviously I want more. I mean, I really don't know if it's just me, but YouTube videos take way too long to buffer.. I usually open up like 5-6 videos in different tabs so they buffer. I end up watching a couple episodes from The Simpsons while they buffer, that doesn't sound right. I really hope they "turn on" the Fiber optics very soon. With the amazing upload speed I can start streaming easily with no problems at all..
  8. Those suck, so unstable, you pay for 42Mbps, you get 2Mbps.. it's completely dependent on traffic, the only case where you get the full speed you paid for is when no one is using the internet from their service other than you..
  9. Hopefully these Fiber Optics are worth the crap we go through.. Think of it this way: the internet is basically a connection to a server, that the entire world shares. If our connection is weak, then we're not well-connected to the world. PLUS, everything comes from the internet, our connection to it allows us to improve ourselves in many ways. What's more important for a government than to provide the people with the best possible internet connection as long as they are safe and sound with all the necessities?
  10. I don't know why It's not running smoothly, but it just isn't.. im not exaggerating or anything.. the internet is really really slow.. it should handle my basic use so far, but idk why it isn't.. i know it doesn't determine my gaming capabilities.. but the connection i have my eye on from QualityNet also comes with a Gaming service.. which reduces lag significantly.. When i upload a video, I leave it uploading, keep my computer close to the router, go to the gym, come back, it's usually close to an end by then, lol..
  11. I'm suppose to be buying a GamingPC, but things i have to spend money on are piling up which keeps delaying the GamingPC, meanwhile, I can't play many games on my MacBook Air, and my PS3 is so broken, everytime i repair it, it breaks again in a month or so. So it's not worth repairing.. I'm buying this PS3 so that I can wait without frustration for the PS4 and GamingPC. PLUS, new games are coming out on september for the PS3 and will be out for PS4 as well, but I'd hate to wait some months to play them when they're already out! so, many reasons led me to buy this thing now. I don't want a used one, chances are they break easily.. Is it possible to get a better deal in X-cite and Eureka than Re7ab?
  12. I'm looking to buy a Capture Card for my PS3, any recommendations of any kind? Also, where can i buy them? Re7ab? Share3 Bn Khaldoon?
  13. Hello everybody, I'm buying a new PS3 and I wanna know the best place to buy it, is it Re7ab? What are their prices if you know? and what kind of screen/TV do you recommend i buy for it and why? sorry for all the questions being like that, but I really wanna know them.. Thanks for reading!
  14. Well, thank you everybody for your replies, however.. my current line handles max 8Mbps.. which is nice, but still sucks! I can't do anything with it.. no online gaming, barely any YouTube at all.. if only it was stable enough to remain 6Mbps+, but it's usually at 2Mbps and below.. Im currently using an airlive to connect to the router, because the router is too far. So, I wanna buy a new internet connection and put it right next to me for best use.. BUT, If they give us those Fiber Optics for Sabah Al Salem soon enough, I'd wait rather than buy one for the copper wires now.. I could use the increase upload speed as well, It takes hours to upload a video to my YouTube channel.. and during those hours the internet is really slow! too slow for anything!
  15. I read that they will start putting them up starting from July 2013, and goes on for 2 straight years.. Can anyone tell me if that's accurate? if so, Where can I get the list of areas they will be putting up the Fiber Optics in order? I wanna know if it's worth it to buy a new internet connection for Gaming or not..
