Food Testing

Hello,

I am planning to import some food for reselling from France and I am looking for pointers on how to get his tested and what would be the acceptable alcohol limit, if acceptable at all.

any information on this would be helpful

I'd start at the Ministry of Commerce and go from there as to whats acceptable and whats required.

Starting in a forum you can get quite misinformed. Just be prepared to spend a few days running around.

I'm pretty sures ther'd be a run around..no matter what. Thought I'll also rely on the experiences of someone who has done it before.
